Employer Provided Benefits

Health Insurance
• Employees hired as a.7 FTE or greater contribute the following towards the cost of health insurance for themselves and their families:
o Single Coverage - $5.00/pay period
o Two-Person Coverage - $10.00/pay period
o Family Coverage - $20.00/pay period

Dental Insurance
Employees working at least a .7FTE are eligible for a 100% employer paid dental insurance plan for themselves and family members including same gender domestic partners

403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
All employees may contribute from their first day of employment, subject to IRS limits. Non-Union and Security employees are eligible for a 4% employer matching contribution and a service based employer contribution based on years of service, up to 5%

Life & AD&D Insurance
Available to Full-time non-union employees and certain other classifications of employees based on collective bargaining agreements

Short-Term Disability Insurance
Available to Non-Union employees and certain other classifications of employees based on collective bargaining agreements

Available to Full-time Salaried, Non-Union and Professional Bargaining Unit employees

Flexible Spending Accounts
Available to Non-Union, RN and Professional Bargaining Unit employees. Allows employees to put aside monies pre-tax for eligible medical and/or daycare expenses

Available to Full-time and Part-time employees based on collective bargaining agreements and position

Personal Time
Available to Full-time and Part-time employees based on collective bargaining agreements and position

Sick Time
Available to Full-time and Part-time employees based on collective bargaining agreements and position

Tuition Reimbursement
Available to Non-Union employees, Registered Nurses and Security staff after one year of employment. Covers 100% of tuition and book expenses up to 16 credits per year for full-time employees; part time employees receive a lesser benefit.
